Prior to dealing with Patrick, we had been house hunting for over 6 months with no luck. I am very relieved to say that our experience with Pat was exceptional, he was extremely helpful and assisted us along the journey. We would recommend him in a heartbeat!

Jake helped us to sell our first house. He was very helpful in getting over the price we were after, as well as a lot of extra communication behind the scene.

Having previously purchased a property through Patrick, I didn't hesitate to appoint him to sell my own home. Patrick, Jewlie and the team are exceptional. Pat's local knowledge is second to none, he had a clear marketing strategy from day one, was honest and transparent in all my dealings with him, and he achieved a sales price above my expectations. Could not recommend Pat and his team more highly!

We were successful in purchasing a property despite a very buoyant Brisbane market. Patrick ensured the buy happened with a minimum of fuss and stress. He communicated effectively and there was a sense he cared about the buyer securing the property, whilst being mindful of the vendor's needs. Thank you Patrick!

Ross sold my property at the start of 2021 and he was so wonderfully friendly and accommodating. He made himself available whenever I called and had questions. He delivered on what he said to me and we couldn't be happier. Thanks to Ross and Maddi.

We just purchased our first property from Jake. He was very helpful throughout the sale and we felt he genuinely had our interests in mind. Between signing the contract and settlement he kept in touch and provided updates without delay. The buying process was smooth overall and we can't thank Jake enough for his assistance.

Always contactable. Good knowledge of the market and how to maximise the potential of the property without spending much on improvements. Great advice on the best way to sell the property. Easy to deal with and doesn't give over ambitious opinions on the value of the property. Ross made selling our property a relatively pleasant experience.

Thorough and friendly communication throughout a more complicated settlement. Jewlie handled all of the nuances with poise, professionalism and compassion. She managed a deal that was amicable to both parties.
