Recently we had the successful experience of selling our beautiful home with Mike. It was a great experience from beginning to end. We were emotionally attached to the house so initially we were unsure of the best path forward to meet our personal and real estate goals. Mike gave genuine, well thought out advice that helped us to make the right decision for our family. He had our best interests at heart. He made great suggestions around the sales campaign, such as recommending a wonderful styling company and around effective times to hold opens. Nothing was too hard and he worked tirelessly throughout the campaign. We were lucky enough to have lots of interest in the property and one of the key reasons we achieved an impressive sale price was that he has the innate ability to know who the key interested parties were and he was able to keep them warm and excited about the property in the lead up to the auction. His emotional intelligence was clearly evident. We have bought and sold with a few different agencies before and what really impressed me is how well the Harcourts team work together.
