Top Agent! Thank you Patrick, we love our new home.
Thanks to Patrick we finally have a home. Patrick is different to most agents we’ve encountered... he guides you through the process efficiently & thoroughly without the arrogance usually associated with real estate agents. We also appreciated his frankness & advice during the negotiations... it was a refreshing change for us. Patrick was the agent regarding a purchase in Brisbane

Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and a great guy.
Chris was very good to deal with when we brought a property. He had an excellent professional manner, great communication and was alway helpful providing any extra information we required. We would certainly recommend Chris as a great real estate agent that has excellent skills and knowledge and is polite and friendly to deal with.

Efficiency, trust and communication
I have had contact with Chris over many years. When the time came to sell my fathers property I didn’t hesitate to contact Chris. He was never one of those “annoying” agents, but kept in touch in case I was thinking of selling. From start to finish he was prompt, courteous and kept us well informed about the progress of our sale. I would not hesitate to go to Chris again.

Very professional and likable guy.
We have used Chris twice, once to buy our property, then 6 years later, he sold it for us. He is very likable, when we bought our first house, Chris was very friendly, he kept in touch every year to see how we were doing, it was a very nice touch. I can't recommend him more, very knowledgeable with every question we had.

Paul was professional kept me up to date with the process and took the stress out of selling.
I was selling my apartment in Bulimba from Melbourne and Paul took care of everything from arranging new carpet to replacing flyscreen. He took the worry out of selling and was always positive. I very much appreciated all he has done for me as it was more difficult not being able to be there. Paul's team even swept the balcony ready for open inspection! I would recommend him to anyone.
