Surpassed all expectations!
Patrick is undoubtably the most hardworking & relatable agent I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish we felt completely comfortable giving him the keys & signing with him. Trent explained the best approach and always kept us informed. He was honest in his appraisal.
We had sold a property with Trent before and were extremely happy with his approach. At the time we sold our property recently there was a downturn in the market. Trent was honest with his appraisal and work very hard over a number of weeks of open houses and private inspections. During this time Trent kept us well informed and by the time we sold we were very happy with the price compared to recent sales in the area. I would recommend Trent for his knowledge through many years of experience as well as his honesty in his approach and communications. He worked very hard for the sale.

Very smooth transaction
Purchased a property which Chris had listed. We (my wife and I) felt comfortable with Chris from the get go. He's very knowledgeable of the market and the whole process. Accommodating and Professional

Great Sale Experience

Selling our home of 35 years.
Patrick is above all a professional.He knows the market in which he working and was most happy when requested to give advise on what we could do to improve the prospects of selling our property. He was readily contactable and would always return calls promptly if he could not answer the phone immediately. Genuine and Hard Working!
Pat helped me a great deal with buying my first ever property, an absolute gentleman in the way he conducts himself for both the Seller and Buyer! Couldn't have asked for a better agent who goes above and beyond in every aspect of a property purchase.
