Best Agent In Brisbane
I engaged Dayne Evans to sell a property I managed for a family member, after a number of personal bad experiences with agents myself I would highly recommend Dayne to sell any property. He is very efficient knowledgeable and is working for you the whole time, not the buyer like some agents. He also won't tell you an inflated valuation price of your property only to secure the listing, then in a week tell you to drop the price like other agents I have had the misfortune to work with Dayne is also very calm and when I was getting stressed about things prior to settlement, Dayne was cool calm and collected. I will be using Dayne for any property sales in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Patrick to help us on our way to secure our first home. Before we even turned up to our first inspection he was going above and beyond for us. His professionalism, communication and being a down right genuine guy made the process of purchasing our first home a complete breeze. 2nd time in 12 months Patrick sold my property
Patrick was very keen to assist me in a reluctant sale of my property. It was an emotional time and he and Jewlie were very understanding and helped me with trade contacts and styling. Got an offer after 1st Open House and a very good price. Extremely happy with Patrick's service. He provided regular updates and often called just to check up on me.
