I engaged Dayne Evans to sell a property I managed for a family member, after a number of personal bad experiences with agents myself I would highly recommend Dayne to sell any property. He is very efficient knowledgeable and is working for you the whole time, not the buyer like some agents. He also won't tell you an inflated valuation price of your property only to secure the listing, then in a week tell you to drop the price like other agents I have had the misfortune to work with Dayne is also very calm and when I was getting stressed about things prior to settlement, Dayne was cool calm and collected.
