The house is very beautiful and sales persons too.
When we are looking for the house we really like there in Andrew farms area because it’s looks so fancy stylish house. The sale person is very knowledgeable about the house property and we had a great conversation before buying the house. Nick Bevan is very friendly and respectful person and helpful. He is good and very experienced about the business.

Easy to work with
I contacted Nick when I wanted to sell my property in Andrews Farm. He has great knowledge of the area, kept me informed and all in all was very helpful, given I don't live in South Australia. The BEST in the business
I purchased my property 11 years ago as an investment. Nick and his team have looked after this property for the entire 11 years, and have looked after it like it was their own home. They have kept me informed all the way whether it was about the tenant, the rent or repairs needed. When I informed them that I wanted to sell, everything was handled so professionally, they guided me every step of the way. They even managed to get me above the selling price and had it sold within a couple of weeks. Thanks Nick and his entire team for a job well done.

Effortless Success!
Being from interstate, we relied on Nick and his team to promote and sell our property in SA. Nick and his team successfully sold our property without much effort from us other than a simple yes or no via phone and emails. They constantly kept us in touch throughout the whole process. We highly recommend Nick and his team if you wish to sell or buy and surely he will accommodate your wishes. Best experience buying a home ever!
We had the best and most streamline process of purchasing an investment property thru Nick. From the first time we communicated with Nick he had dealt with us so professionally. We appreciated how he accommodated our request of doing inspection on a Sunday knowing that we are heading back home Victoria and only have the very limited time doing inspection. Nick held our hands in every step of the way thru the entire sale and we were quite relaxed knowing that Nick and his team at Harcourts Gawler kept us informed of what’s required. We didn’t feel lost with documents and contracts as they explained everything in detail. I will have no reservations purchasing any further properties in SA thru Nick.
