I was referred to Nick Bevan by a close family friend, as we were looking to sell our home. I hadn't considered Harcourts or Altus realty, but figured another opinion was valuable and being recommended by the friend meant I was fairly certain to avoid the normal sales people antics. I was assured that Nick doesn't sugar coat anything and simply focuses on a straight forward approach to obtain good results. On interviewing him, he was clear and professional in his approach, without inflating various aspects other sales people tend to do. It seemed all to simple. Nick and his team continued to reassure us throughout the process when things became stressful, contacting us with good news as the days past. With each bump that developed in the process, Nick and his team contacted us with a plan which kept things moving forward. Following his advice paid off and we are very happy with the outcome so far. I didn't feel we would have had the same result with another sales agent and so very glad our friend put his name forward.
