Nuria sold our house 2 months ago and managed to achieve a sale price beyond or expectations. She does her homework on the market and potential customers. Nuria has a skill in attending to the needs of both the vendor and buyer. It's a win win result for all. I recommend her highly. Ruth

Anna's knowledge of the local market and advice led to a well executed marketing campaign that attracted over 100 groups on open days, many follw-up calls, and resulted in ~8 keen bidders at auction delivering a great result in the current market. A real team effort with her recommended painter, stylist Michelle Jago, and assistanct Jackie helping to present the house at its best. Anna is very professional and easy to work with, while her bi-lingual skills communication skills are a key attribute in our market.

While most people was talking about the market slow down, Nuria was so positive and confident showing high level of market knowledges and selling skills during the whole campaign period. She was very quick and thorough in response with attention to detail in every aspect to engage all potential buyers. We are very happy with the result achieved thanks to the efforts made by Nuria and her team work. I believe I made a great decision to have Nuria as the sales agent as I myself used to be a local sales agent and manager for quite a few years.
