I would like to take this opportunity to write to you in appreciation of the efforts put in by the three of you in marketing my property in Wheelers Hill and selling it successfully for a reasonable price in the currently prevailing, uncertain, market! While, as a seller, I would have wanted more than what we eventually sold it for, I am also conscious of the bias and emotions attached with my expectations which weren’t congruent with the reality! You were very professional in your approach, end to end, and I never felt anxious during the marketing campaign as you kept me up to date on the day to day happenings, with weekly updates about the opens and strategizing for the auction week. Your advise towards the staging of the property and to sell it as is was spot on! During the campaign, when things weren’t going as expected, you were quick to respond and take counter measures proactively after discussing with me and not to let it slip! On the auction day, I could hear (over the phone) Ron talking to a prospective buyer to put in a bid high enough to outdo other bidders and kept egging them to go further. I want to thank the three of you and your backend team for your perseverance and tireless efforts to obtain the highest possible price for the property and you didn’t leave any stone unturned!
