THANKYOU SO MUCH for selling our house yesterday. The atmosphere you fostered yesterday starting from the build up to the preamble then the auction itself led to a satisfying result for us on the day. We feel really good about the result today and of course the process throughout. It gives us a glimpse of how you must feel each Sunday after you achieve similar results for other people. We appreciate all the time and effort that your team put in to attract buyers to help us achieve our goal of selling the house. Yourself and Tamara were always available and easily reassured us during various moments of intensity over the last month. We felt able to trust your judgement and that proved to be true with the final result yesterday. If we had stubbornly stuck to our own expectations we wouldn't have sold yesterday and the process would have drawn out further, which we couldn't really afford timewise. It would have been good to get the deposit earlier, within 1 month instead of 2, but it seems like that was more to do with our conveyancer, not exactly sure.
