FANTASTIC AGENT
Nuria is very professional and approachable. We bought a house from her, she helped us every step of the way, taking time to make sure we received the full service. She always answers my questions promptly, if she is busy, she will return my calls as soon as she could, which I found is very assuring for a first home buyer. She pays attention to details, even remember to write a beautiful card on my birthday. After we settled the house, she called me to check up if there is any more assistance that she can offer to help, the gestures are just so sweet. Definitely highly recommend!

A very good agent
Anita Meng worked as Nuria Jewell's offsider during the sale of our property. She was kind and perceptive. Most importantly, she had a key role in sending us information about house openings and the online marketing campaign. There were times when she was emailing us information late at night to ensure that we were kept full informed and as quickly as possible. Together, Anita and Nuria were a very solid and reliable team. We believe that we got a very good price for our property, through Anita's and Nuria's diligent efforts on our behalf. This included extra house openings to keep the sales momentum up through the whole of the campaign.

Fantastic agent!
While we were renovating our property, we watched Nuria while she was selling a "difficult" property across the road. We were impressed by the unusual additional effort she put in during her house open inspections. While I was slightly put off by her tenacity in seeking our business in selling our refurbished property, I came to realise that this was the kind of tenacity we wanted to be working for us. That was one of the best decisions we have made during our long lives. What I also found was that Nuria took particular care to keep us informed about the daily outcomes of her marketing campaign. She encouraged us to look at the sales results for other properties in our locality over the preceding few months. Nuria made sure that we were appropriately informed when it came to the time to decide on our reserve or, on-the-market, price for the auction. She then continued to do everything that anybody could do to achieve the best price. The final sale price exceeded our expectations, but without being outside our realistic range. Nuria had ensured that we were fully informed sellers. I thank Nuria for her many kindnesses, and for her sympathetic understanding while helping us to negotiate a sale process which could have been much more stressfull without her emotional and analytic intelligence.

A friend once told me even a child can captain a ship through calm water. But only the skilled and the experienced can navigate safely through a storm. Selling a property is a similar journey. I signed my first exclusive a year ago to an agent who claims to have a big client list but yet couldn’t find me a buyer. (Yes, talk is cheap) Three more exclusive contracts followed, not counting agents who failed to impress me. They had different approaches but I still did not find my buyer. Today my house is sold during the marketing campaign. I have received the best guidance for the current market conditions. The service given by my agent is above my expectation. Good results
Vasil kept us informed at all stages of the sales process. Advised well on how to advertise the property. Advised us on special conditions some potential buyers requested and in the end these were the people who bid for the property and pushed the price past our expected sale price in a market on its way down.

Great agent; lovely to deal with
Vasil was very helpful, easy to deal with and attentive during the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble for Vasil. My parents did not want too much trouble so Vasil assured them that he would help as much as possible and he surely lived up to his promise. We look forward to working with Vasil again next time when the opportunity arises.
