It's been a pleasure working with Nuria. She kept me informed of the progress of the campaign, dealing with the body corporate on my behalf and take the stress off me. She is very professional and yet very easy to talk to. I will absolutely use her again in the future.

Nuria and Anita are both very professional in their chosen career and I could not have asked for anymore effort and commitment from both of them. They are highly reliable and trustworthy and we value their guidance and recommendations. Always go about their tasks with big smiles and the "can do" attitude. Dexter, you should be very proud of your "fantastic sales angels". Thank you, Anthony

This testimonial is to acknowledge the professionalism of Dexter and his team in handling the sale of our property. We felt the complete process of the campaign with marketing and going to auction very stress free. Tamara your offsider did a great job with open inspections and the feedback. On auction day you really do your magic and gave 110%. We were very happy with the result achieved and would have no hesitation engaging you and your business again. Yours Sincerely The Kennedy Family.

I'm very grateful to have my unit sold with the great help of Nuria, Anita and the prompt and all the good work from the tradesmen before the sale. Particularly Nuria, she was and is still prompt, responsive and attending to all my enquiries and she would try her best efforts to get my problems solved with suggestions/resolutions. For instance, she was still attending to my questions while I was overseas last month promptly which is highly appreciated and I am sure she will continue to do her utmost towards the settlement. She is polite, kind, patient and I feel very comfortable with her being my selling agent. I would have no hesitation to recommend her to my friends in future. I would say she is the best ever real estate agent I have used before in Australia.

Pam and Garrie, have purposely waited until the final stages of the marketing program and settlement phase come to a close to prepare our review. Within the first hour or so from our telephone enquiry Nuria, was at our home in our absence with a promotional package tied with a gift ribbon for us. From our first meeting with Nuria and Anita, their professional qualities and personal warmth led us through a marketing strategy to promote and market our home in the most positive manner. They provided us with the names of trade people to complete maintenance tasks before the sale. Our home was also enhanced by professional interior decorators and amazing photographers to prepare advertising material and display board for the front of our home. Nuria and Anita, met with us to regularly to provide feed back and comments from open home inspections and statistical evidence of "Hits" or expressions of interest through Real Estate web sites. These meetings guided and encouraged us. After the sale of our home, the same professional teamwork and service by Nuria and Anita continued through the legal and financial settlement matters. We cannot speak too highly of the professional team work of Nuria and Anita who were strongly supported by the Glen Waverley Harcourts team. Sincerely Garrie & Pam Kirby

My wife and I recently sold our house with Nuria and her team, we were thrilled with the service we received as well as the excellent result. We challenged Nuria with setting a sales record in our street which was no easy task, and not only did we achieve that result we felt completely at ease throughout the process because of Nuria’s communication, honesty and perseverance. We would throughly recommend Nuria and her team to anyone looking for a superior experience. Tony
