Thank you, Nuria and Anita for doing such an amazing job selling our property.
Anita and Nuria have been our real estate agents twice. We have found them highly knowledgeable, understanding, very patient, honest, fun and extremely thorough. Anita and Nuria were also incredibly flexible, which helped us a lot. They went above and beyond. Can’t recommend them enough.

All Round Excellent
We chose a local agent and felt that Harcourts had an excellent name. We were then delighted to meet Nuria and Anita to assist us in selling our mothers house in Glen Waverley . A property owned by our family for 40yrs so not an easy task to put it on the market and sell it as this was an emotional time.Nuria was so patient and kind and gave us lots of advise and then promptly kept us fully informed of each weeks open results and current sales statistics, market trends etc and then regularly followed up with phone calls during the week and weekend. We especially appreciated the information and advice she provided, and her enthusiasm she has shared with us.Nuria and Anita certainly made the whole “Lets put our house for sale” process easy and exceptionally stress free. Her assistance has been invaluable to us during this process and she is extremely trustworthy. Dexter the auctioneer was fabulous and at the end of the day we got an excellent result. Regards Erin Magee and family

Outstanding
A joy to deal with, professional throughout, Nuria was fantastic to deal with and helped us achieve an outstanding result of 255k above reserve. Many agents overstate and under deliver and this was simply not the case here. Her campaign was excellent. She generated great numbers at our open for inspections were always informed about every step of the process. Amazing result, fantastic team. We can't recommend you enough.
