We have been with Harcourts Kingsberry for many years and have just brought this second property over to them. Generally we are very happy with the service provided but have noticed a shift from personal management to being managed by a fleet of personnel specialising in their own little stove pipe areas. This may be due to our normal manager and many others being on leave or RDOs. Harcourts did find us a lovely tenant very quickly and have been very helpful with the process.

The portal for maintenance is not very effective, and i can’t get it to work often. This results in me messaging the manager to approve maintenance. i’ve had a few requests like air conditioner cleaning which is clearly a tenant cost, sent to me. these sorts of requests should be vetted by the manager, if the manager is required to read them and send to me- inside on how it works on your end. i’ve had several instances of being chased to approve maintenance requests that i’ve given approval for via email or text. I ask for updates on issues and am required to follow up for an answer, giving ample time for them to get an answer so i can plan accordingly. I am actively seeking a new property management firm.
