I’ve been with Harcourts Kingsberry for property management for the better part of a decade. I have been lucky to be assigned to Ingrid and I couldn’t be happier with the service. She is professional, responsive, and proactive when it comes to both tenant management and property maintenance. Communication is clear and timely, and I always feel informed and confident that my property is in good hands. Any issues are handled quickly, with a balanced approach that looks after both the tenant’s comfort and the long-term value of the property. Highly recommend for any landlord looking for reliable, stress-free property management

In particular Samantha Giess has done an excellent job in selecting tenants and keeping us abreast of requirements to maintain the property both tenant and maintenance wise. Whenever we’ve needed to contact Ben Kingsbury, he’s responded positively and promptly. We would have no hesitation in placing the property in their sales wing when it comes to selling.

Cannot fault the ladies in all areas of your business, especially the level of communication and professionalism. Usually, my wife handles all communications with others, she was away, and you made it so easy for me as a male. Thankyou

Our appointment to view the property was with Jason. He was punctual and professional in his manner. He was very polite and easy to talk to, answered all our questions on the spot. Mia (sorry if I got the name wrong) in the front office , not only a fountain of information but an enormous help with all the paperwork and online information the needed completing. I am sure I would not have been able to get it all done without her help. Property Manager, Emma, was unfortunately on leave during this period but did keep abreast with what was going on. Since moving in Emma has ensured our short, to date, tenancy has gone smoothly. We feel comfortable as Tenants and the team at Harcourts Kingsberry have had a lot to do with that. We thank you for that
