Paige, Liam and Chanara have been very helpful and helped me throughout my property journey from pre-purchase inspections to securing a tenant. I would work with them again.

Without a doubt, one of the top business development teams in the world. I asked a lot of questions, some of which were fairly simple, yet they never hesitated to respond. They have instantly responded to all of my questions with all of the details and a cheerful look on their faces. Chandra Cafe and his team are incredible responsive and provide outstanding service. From the beginning of my investment until the renters were situated, everything was easy and quiet. Thanks Team keep it up..

We have been in contact with Harcourts for a couple of months now regarding assisting us in finding the right investment property until it is rented out. The total time period was around 4 months. We are in Brisbane, and the Harcourts team is in Townsville, and we were looking to buy a property in Townsville. From the beginning, the new business team, including Paige, Liam, and Chanara, were helpful, kind, and prompt in their responses, willing to analyze the properties for us. It was a breeze for us to buy the property remotely. Then the leasing team at Harcourts, including Liam, Bianca and other leasing team members, took care of taking professional photos, advertising the property and arranging inspections. They arranged continuous inspections, and within 2 weeks, the property was tenanted. We are very happy working with this wonderful team and look forward to working with them on our other properties in Townsville. We highly recommend the entire Harcourts Kingberry Townsville team!!! Good job, guys!! Thanks, Venkat and Hema.

It was an wonderful experience working with the BDM team of Harcourts - Chanara, Paige & Liam - they were all very responsive, always available when needed & super helpful for performing pre-acquisition inspections on behalf of me. Their inspection reports were very detailed and provided a lot of insights not only limited to the property but also about the location etc. They took care of all the hassle of organising the inspections including the pre-settlement inspection, coordinate with the sales agent for arranging inspections for the new tenancy. Also to mention they were super fast to advertise my property for tenancy and finalise the prospective tenant in a matter of few days. I would highly recommend their service.

Chandara and her team have been very helpful starting from the beginning of our investment journey in Townsville. We are from Melbourne and Harcourts Kingsberry did all the work for us, from viewing the property, getting quotes and repairs. We wouldn't be able to secure and maintain a property without their help. They were generous with their time, always available when needed, very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Our property was tenanted from the day it became available. Big shout out also to Liam, Emma and Trudy. You are all amazing! Thank you!

The process to have our house up and ready for lease was easily taken care of by Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville. It was quickly tenanted and they helped us to secure a great price for our property. We were pleased with their service.

Having recently renovated our home, we really needed an agent who was able to maximise on our investment. Lauren & the team exceeded expectations - our home was vacant for less than a week, within that time a thorough vacate inspection was completed with no issues & a new family signed and secured! Thanks again!
