Maddy, Trudy and Chanara were instrumental in not only making the process of doing all the paperwork but also making sure our property was clean and ready to go for our future tenants. It was in the market for leas than a week before the new tenants moved in and it was rented without any hiccups . I know property is in safe hands. Thank you

Our whole experience from the initial conversations to the rental appraisal right up to having a lease signed was seamless and easy. The team were very accommodating around our needs and were always available when needed to answer any of the questions we had about the process. Given this is the first time our Investment Property has been listed through an agent, we know we have definitely made the right choice.

Bought an investment property away from where we live. The team at Harcourts Kingsberry were very helpful in the acquisition phase suggesting quality suburbs, doing rental appraisals, offering to inspect as we were buying site unseen. Very quick to list online once a contract was signed and begun inspections prior to settlement. After settlement the property manager team were helpful in arranging trades quickly prior to our tenants moving in. Like that there's an online site to keep track of incomings and outgoings plus a fortnightly statement emailed to us. Only one instance that could have been improved is confirmation that the requested maintenance work had been completed otherwise everything has been great thus far!

Harcourts Kingsberry came highly recommended to us by our Buyers agent. And being interstate investors, all our trust was put with Sarah, Chanara, Scott and the broader team and these guys did not disappoint. Our new investment needed some TLC from various trades to get her into a rental condition. And the team managed everything on our behalf in such a short time. Harcourts really did exceed our expectations at every touch point. Can't thank the team enough and we definitely recommend them to anyone.
