From the moment I was introduced to Scott and the team at Harcourts Kingsberry Townsville, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I have multiple other investment properties and have never experienced such prompt, honest and helpful service in more than 30 years of owing property. Being from another state, I have relied on them to drop keys off for inspections, arrange multiple trades, photo shoots etc. And to top it all off, they secured a lease at $30 per week more than they had originally quoted.

With not living local and having the property for investment, Harcourts (Pauline) was very helpful, the house was a bit dirty so Pauline left cleaning supplies, and a chair for me when I flew up to see the property, unfortunately we ran into a bit of bad luck with not being notified about the smoke alarms not being compliant and that the old owner had left some of their stuff at the property, so would of been nice to know that sooner but Pauline managed to get it sorted very quickly for us without interruption for the tenants. And has been great at getting back to me about all my queries. If Pauline is unavailable Harcourts office seem to be able to answer without fail which is fantastic.

Having moved our property from another agency, we immediately saved on the management fee with Harcourts. Not to mention, Scott and Nikki informed us that our house was drastically under-rented. They found us a great family within days at full asking rent and negotiated all the terms on our behalf. Agents that do exactly what they say they will! Can’t recommend these guys enough.

Thanks so much to the team at Harcourts Kingsberry for the amazing work they have done to rent our property! Nikki has absolutely outdone herself, gaining an extra $80 a week on our rent then we thought we would get! Can’t them you enough. I wouldn’t trust my property with anyone else! Special mention to our Property Managers Emma & Kailyn, who have secured a tenant within a couple of days. Amazing work team.

We’ve just moved over to Harcourts Kingsberry from another agent after Scott contacted me to notify of a problem with my rental listing. The team so far have been helpful, friendly, easy to contact, quick to respond to enquirers and very professional in getting us a 30% weekly rental increase on our property. They know the market and our rental property was advertised for less than a week before we had a number of suitable applicants to choose from. Very happy so far!

As a landlord renting out my first home at short notice, Scott and the team at Harcourts put my mind at ease. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly, and all of the preparations were quick and convenient. Ultimately, they secured a reliable tenant, on a short turnaround, at an excellent rate - and kept me in the loop with every development. Couldn’t be happier that my home is in safe hands with Harcourts managing the lease.

When we decided to move biggest worry was what will happen to our beloved home. The emotional sentiment due to good time my family and friend has spent with neighbours care was taken to look after it. Scott given that assurance and trust that property will be look after in the manner we want it in the limit with RTA rules. Scott went beyond our expectation to help us the find the rental house in critically tight rental market in Brisbane by being our representative/reference. Tania and Nikki always keep communications to update us the process, while Scott is available most of the time on text or call to help out. House was rented week before moved from Townsville. Great service so far and hoping to get same service through out business with Harcourts Kingsberry Towmsville

I want to throw out a big ups to Scott McWilliams (and the team), who were ever so helpful with all aspects of getting the property appraised and rented at full rental estimate. I found Scott had such an easy going, yet professional manner and was intelligent and insightful in regarding aspects of tenancy, insurance and maintenance. Thanks again Scott, keep up your excellent service.
