Nikki and the Harcourts team have been extremely helpful in looking after my property. Due to military commitments, I have had to look for a property manager from a separate location and Nikki has been nothing short of accommodating of this. The team have gone above and beyond to keep me in the loop and ensure that I make informed decisions, which is extremely helpful as I am a first time landlord. They have made this an enjoyable and pain free process! Definitely would recommend!

I have been lucky enough to have Katie Ardouin as my property manager for years. She is fantastic and nothing is too much of a problem. I had tenants apply and move in within 4 days. She took care of everything.

Emma and Nikki have been amazing. Their attention to detail and friendly yet professional manner made the whole process very easy with both renovating our investment property and securing tenants quickly. Very hard to co-ordinate a refurbishment of a property when you live thousands of km away but Emma handled it all seamlessly for us. We were also amazed at the price that Emma achieved for us. Way above what we were told we would get. Can't thank these girls enough for their support and guidance and so happy that we decided to go with Harcourts Kingsberry.

The rental agency team in Townsville are amazing!!! Georgia, Nikki and Katie have all been super accommodating and no ask was too big including organising works to be completed on the property and a bond clean. They knew their stuff which made the whole process so easy and we’re well prepared which resulted in my property being leased within the first viewing with an application completed on the spot.
