They made the process really easy to follow, chased up promptly after I viewed the potential rental and provided a thorough inspection report. No hidden surprises.

Sam and the team were clear with the process of re-letting the property after the tenant moved out. They worked diligently to find a new tenant in less than 9 days of which several days were public holidays. Strongly recommend Harcourts for any investors looking to lease their property.

We were able to rent out our property at the rate advertised at in a very short amount of time. There were some repairs that needed to be done, both before and fire the property was leased. These were co-ordinated by Bree and the team.
