Malcolm has been my go-to-agent for the sale of my two Townsville properties and I can't recommend him highly enough. He has bent over backwards to help me get my properties ready for sale...even coordinating renovations...which was so helpful given I live interstate. But Malcolm's best asset is he truly puts the clients needs first. He actually advised me not to sell at one point in the past when the market had slipped substantially. When most agents are scrambling for commissions, Malcolm takes a long term view and provides the best service and result for his clients, even if it means delaying a sale for a few years. We ended up needing to sell our second property in a flat market and Malcolm still got results and kept us updated through all aspects of the sale. We tasked the team at Harcourts with selling our entire property portfolio due to circumstances beyond our control around February this year. John was our agent for all sales. The properties did not sell overnight and unfortunately we had to drop the asking price somewhat in order to get the sales, however this is a trend across the Townsville board at the moment and certainly not a reflection on John. Tammy went above and beyond with our sale. In a depressed market in Townsville we obtained a sale price higher than expected. Her knowledge of the market obviously stood out here. She gave us up to date information on prospective buyers, and even when a buyer was in doubt in her minds continued to have open inspections. She went ahead and arranged necessary repairs when found in the B and I report which was a blessing for us living so far away. We would recommend her to anyone who wishes to phone us.
