We had never had any dealings with Sam, but straight away his professionalism, integrity & knowledge filled us with confidence that we were dealing with the right Real Estate Agent when we bought our Unit. He followed through without making us feel under pressure at any time. Not just at the time of sale but his Follow up with us did not make us feel we were just a number. Then he sold our own house in nine days. We have to be happy with that if not a little shocked. We do wish Sam all the best in the future & who knows maybe our paths will cross again another day. Being a first home buyer I was nothing short of nervous with the process and pitfalls of buying a property, Tammy "held my hand" explained the processes and walked me around the pitfalls by staying in contact the whole way and guiding me through and keeping track of time lines , she also helped by suggesting solicitors and building inspections to use that she has had great experiences with , I strongly believe that if Tammy was not my Realtor I would not be the proud owner of my first home and if im in the market for an investment property I'll be coming back to see her first.

We did not live in the location of the house Tammy sold for us. There was nothing that was too difficult for her to do. On a number of occasions she had to attend the property outside of normal working hours to allow workmen access. For us it was a short journey in selling our house and every conversation I had with Tammy was honest, professional and many times we had a great laugh, mostly at each other's expens. She is extremely easy to talk to. Highly recommend Tammy.
