He is also very keen to ensure that the property is marketed in such a way as to draw the most attention in the early days where the best price for the property exists. We recently purchased a house in Townsville and Tammy was our estate agent. Originally we looked at a unit but ended up not making the purchase, Tammy was extremely helpful with information on body corporate fees and how the whole unit thing worked. When we showed interest in the house we eventually purchased Tammy was exceptional, she is friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble, she was genuinely interested in helping us get the best value and was prompt with paperwork when we went ahead with the purchase, there were no issues what so ever and the transaction went through wothout delay. We would use Tammy again if we ever wanted to purchase another property
