We recently relocated from the UK and decided to purchase a property within a month of landing, thankfully Tammy was able to use her experience and knowledge to walk us through the entire process from start to finish. Tammy is approachable and keen to advise when questioned, always prompt and willing to assist and often went the extra mile to answer our many questions and accommodate the viewings. This was more evident as she was able to rush from one end of town to the other on Christmas eve to complete the contract paperwork. Very grateful and thankful for her assistance and patience during our purchase, would definitely recommend and will value her expertise again in the future.

We had the pleasure of Tammy Tyrrell selling our much loved family home. We made the decision a month out before Christmas. When getting appraisals, by an other agency I was told to wait until the new year. I then phoned Tammy Tyrrell and by the end of the week, professional photos were done and we were up and running on realestate.com.au. 3 weeks later, Christmas Eve in fact, Tammy came to us with a contract and the rest is now history. There was no fuss, no drama, no stress, for both seller and buyer. She was very organised in all facets of the selling process and made the whole contract go very smoothly. I would highly recommend Tammy Tyrrell and will definitely use her again for sale of future properties

Monday 13th June 2016 My very first thoughts when I decided to organise the sale of my house were – I need to find the right agent, followed by the right person to sell my property, & this was very important to me.
