Many thanks to David Hernyk from Harcourts, Launceston for making the purchase of our investment property an enjoyable experience. There was no pressure, there was courtesy and there was great customer service that came naturally. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried and any advice that was forth coming turned out to be on the money. We plan to buy another investment property down the track and next time I'll contact David for a discussion well before I put myself through the newspaper or internet run around. I don't know who he was selling the property on behalf of but they picked well.

We could not recommend Jeremy more highly. When we first met Jeremy he was extremely personable and down to earth and made us feel relaxed. Jeremy sold our house inside six weeks at price we were very happy with. No wonder he is considered number one in real estate. Thanks Jeremy.

This is the second time we used Jeremy. Despite complications during the sales, Jeremy kept a cool head and navigated everyone in the chain through to a mutually satisfactory completion. Thanks again.

Neil was professional and informative through the whole process. As we were selling for my mum and waiting for a long period of time first, Neil touched base to see how we were going, but was never pushy. He was extremely patient and kept us informed about what was happening the entire time. Neil and Eyvonne make a great team and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
