I had never sold a property before so I was extremely nervous about the whole process. I am 100% certain I made the right choice to work with Jeremy and his fantastic team. The sale was so smooth and so easy. From our first meeting, my nerves were gone and I was excited to get my property on the market. I felt well informed throughout the process and any questions I raised via email were answered almost immediately. I would recommend Jeremy to anyone considering selling their property.

David sold myself and my partner a property and made the whole process very easy, he's an easy going guy and great to deal with when setting up inspections and key pick ups, always making himself available at the time that suited us rather than himself. I would highly recommend David Hernyk to anybody looking for a property whether it be to sell or purchase.

Jeremy's prompt attention and clear communication made our purchase easy. He arranged for us to visit the property within a short time of our initial enquiry, quickly responded to our questions and kept us informed throughout negotiations. Professional and knowledgeable, I can confidently recommend Jeremy to others.

Jeremy and other staff of Harcourts Launceston worked energetically to sell my property. He was sincere and honest regarding the impediments affecting the proposed sale. I would exclusively use Jeremy for any future real estate pursuits. Ian Manning

Found some rural acres for sale on the website and made a phone call to the agent Jeremy Wilkinson. Spoke with Jeremy, he knew enough about the property for our interest to continue. His executive assistant Sharon provided detailed maps for us to be able to go and view the property. I made an offer, and after a short negotiation between the owners and myself, a contract was signed and completed without delay. I will consider Jeremy when next I buy or sell. Chris G

Hubby and I first met Jeremy at a house inspection. We were a tad surprised at his dedication, and eagerness to help. Although we did not purchase from him, we often spoke about his pleasing persona and genuineness. When the time came to list our property, we did put tremendous thought into it, as we believed having the correct agent was imperative. After much consideration, we continued to come back to Jeremy, and listed him as the person to sell our property. A lot of effort was put in by the Jeremy team. Sharon, ( his right hand man ) was always available to speak to me, when Jeremy was not available - The teamwork is great. There were a few glitches with the sale of our property, but Jeremy and Sharon always found a solution, and the house sold in around 5 weeks. I believe there are many things that contribute to Jeremy's success, - his dedication, his hyperactivity ( lols ) his fabulous one on one ability to speak with the client and ascertain their needs. Plus - his ability to work with a team. "His Vision" - His ability to visualize and produce a result. Last, but most importantly, it is so easy to see, when talking and working with him, that Jeremy is "living his dreams" - Thank you Jeremy and Sharon, for a great experience.

We feel so lucky to have had Neil as our agent . He was the total package , warm and friendly, high level of professionalism , wonderful communicator and did exactly what he said he would every time . Nothing was too much trouble ! Neil's wife Yvonne works along him as his assistant and what a dynamic duo they make . Yvonne's attention to the details of our house sale was exceptional and so professional ,we felt confident that nothing would be overlooked . Neil and Yvonne told us at our first meeting that they would sell our house and they did within 2 days! What more can a Seller ask for? We will certainly be calling on them again in the near future to sell our next property , and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an agent. We would have given them 6 stars if we could .
