David was recommended by a friend who had use his skills to sell and buy her houses...I found David to be very friendly,approachable and open to all suggestions that I made while at the same time he is very professional in his approach to any business I may have had with him...My home only took 7 weeks to sell but if I had taken David's advice it may not have taken that long but I decided to put a higher price than what he suggested ...eventually I sold for the price David had first thought I would..so he knows his job and I would highly recommend David to anyone... He is not pushy and after the quick sale he is a very down to earth person who looks after your interests.
