Jeremy was on holiday over the time we purchased the house but his assistant Sharon was fantastic. She kept us informed about the sale process in a timely manner even when we went overseas after signing the contract. We didn't really deal with Jeremy but a good manager is only ever as good as their staff and if Sharon is anything to go by, Jeremy must be ok too!
