Our property sold within 2 weeks of listing (with Harcourts). In preparing for re-location to Queensland, our property had been on the market for the previous 3 months, having used another agency and an agent who i had personally known for some time, unfortunately this may have been a waste of 3 months as we were very disappointed in the lack of communication from that agent, and to us it seemed it was very much a a matter of taking the listing then 'seeing what happened'...anyway enough about them. We listed our property with Harcourts (at a similar price), after meeting with Jeremy and Jayne, and were suitably impressed with their professionalism, strategy discussions and communication. We had to leave Launceston for a job in Victoria, this required selling our house and moving interstate with a 4 year old.
