He did not pressure us to list but he level of knowledge about the local market is such that he was correct in each instance. Ben is professional and extremely personable taking the time to get to know the circumstances behind each sale and taking that into account. He instinctively knows what potential buyers are genuine and encourages them to make reasonable offers based on our wishes. Michael was really great to work with. Even though it took us a while to sell our property (through no fault of Michael's) he kept us well informed throughout until we sold. He advised us of when the property was open & always gave us feedback from the openings. He kept us aware of what was selling in our area & what was being expected to sell.
