From the first time Ben visited our home we could see that he had a great deal of knowledge about the area that we lived in, the aspect and positioning of the home and the key selling factors that were our point of difference. His presentation of the industry overall was informative and guided us into making our decision to place our precious home in his hands. We felt no pressure at all. Following on from that Ben and his assistant Zoe were respectful of our working hours and, as requested, followed the form of communications that worked for us as shift workers. Ben's attention to details when listing our home was amazing and may well have attracted that right buyer. To our delight the time on the market was the shortest we have ever experienced and we were updated all the way.
