Chelsea answered all our questions via text, phonecall or email promptly and professionally. When we viewed the property Chelsea gave us plenty of time to chat with each other and didn't hurry us or push us into a sale but at the same time answered all our questions and offered ideas etc.

From the initial visit, Paul was genuine, honest and relaxed. It felt like an old mate helping you out. I had 3 different appraisals and Paul's knowledge was spot on.
