It’s a bit early to have a real idea on how this Harcourts experience will be. My previous experience with my two former Harcourts franchises doesn’t shine a good light but I’m hoping this will be a better experience (it has been so far)

She is an absolute professional in her job . Shes gone above and beyond every time to help me and its very much appreciated.
