We can not say enough about the outstanding treatment we have experienced with the ladies at this office of Harcourts. Very caring, very understanding, and their knowledge is second to none. In all my years of buying and selling properties across Australia, I have never had the pleasure of meeting a team like this before. They feel like friends.

As owners of multiple properties and busy professionals, we need our investments well managed. After considering various property management companies in Launceston, it became clear why so many owners have chosen Harcourts Northern Midlands; Excellent service, communicative and competitive rates. Highly recommended.

As a landlord of multiple rental properties, I have experienced some less than ideal service from the Launceston agencies. I have recently placed our property investments with Harcourts Northern Midlands. Chelsea and Dearne have been timely, professional, achieved an excellent rental result with great tenants. I'm very pleased I moved across and would recommend anyone who has a rental property in Launceston or the Northern Midlands to move your property to these guys. Very happy with the service.

My family and I moved from another state and were unable to view the property we were applying for. Dearne was incredibly helpful, offering us a virtual inspection and went beyond with her efforts to get us a home. Wonderful communication. Would Reccomend.

Recently I purchased a home in Longford, then returned to outback WA to work. Initially I was going to self manage the rental, but Harcourts were recommended and I'm glad we went that route. They found excellent renters, have managed the necessary repairs and paid bills from the rent as per my request. Work is done quickly and efficiently and they don't bother me with unnecessary information. I trust them to care both for the tenant and for me, and that trust has to date, not been misplaced. It's a perfect arrangement really as we both commit to doing our specific jobs as well as we can. And everyone wins!
