We’ve had a fantastic experience with Dearne & Grace at Harcourts. They’ve been extremely prompt, professional, and so easy to deal with. Any maintenance issues are always handled quickly, and communication has been excellent. I never have to worry things aren’t being looked after with them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

I saw the cottage on Real Estate.com and decided to drive up from Hobart to have a better look. I was met by the lovely Dearne who was an absolute delight to deal with. She answered all my queries in a friendly efficient manner. I was very happy to receive the call to say that I had been successful and since then all the staff have been so helpful with any queries I’ve had. Perhaps the most significant aspect of dealing with the Harcourts gang is their ability to understand and communicate with people. I worked in a bank for nearly 30 years and during that time developed “people skills “ that only come from years of practice. These skills include the ability to ask “key questions “ to understand what people really want and to be able to read their body language to gauge if they are being truthful or not. Donna seems to understand this and is genuinely open and easy to get along with. Overall a very professional team. Well done
