Chelsea worked extremely hard to achieve a great result. We were off to a flying start with a contract within two weeks that sadly fell through. Chelsea showed our home to multiple prospective buyers both in private viewing and open homes. Anything we asked for was no hassle. We received and offer subject to sale which we were reluctant to accept due to the unknown timeframe for their sale to go through. Chelsea worked extremely hard for the buyer and convinced us that this was the right choice to make. We accepted the contract. Chelsea sold our buyers home to another person, also subject to sale. Long story short, 4 houses settled at once and Chelsea made it all happen.
