We were selling during a very confusing market due to interest rate unrest. Chelsea was very helpful in gauging what price we should be asking, advice on how best to market the house, including styling. Her communication has been top-notch throughout. Chelsea has been wonderful throughout the whole buying process, making sure we stayed on track to ensure the process was as quick and enjoyable as possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chelsea to anyone looking to sell their home. We recently had an unpleasant experience as potential buyers with a different Real Estate Agent (from a different agency) in the same area, and their unprofessional manner was enough for us to lose interest in putting an offer on that home as first time home buyers. Chelsea's professionalism and knowledge was a welcome change and she has been excellent to communicate with.

Chelsea Briggs is the consummate professional. She understands the market and what it takes to market and sell a property. Great communication skills. Always friendly and positive. Was able to attract the right kind of buyers to ensure a great outcome. Chelsea completed the sale 4-5 weeks after we contacted her.
