We purchased a property through Chelsea and from the first contact she was friendly, very helpful and great at communicating. We are from the mainland so there was a little bit of coordination needed for inspections and offers and Chelsea handled this all with ease. She made the whole process very easy. We highly Chelsea recommend to anyone buying or selling a property!

Jessica never pushed for a sale . She got to know who the person is , was or has been before talking business . Would recommend anyone to discuss a sale or purchase with her harcourt team.

Being interstate vendors we needed to an agent who we could trust to provide us an insight into the local market and keep us in the loop on progress throughout the process. Jess was a pleasure to deal with. She provided us with realistic expectations to what we could achieve and used a strategy that ensured our current tenant was looked after and that our property was accessible to prospective buyers to view. Her professionalism shined through and she negotiated with all parties to get the best outcome for us. Better than we had hoped for. We would thoroughly recommend Jess to all prospective vendors

Jessica communicated very well throughout the process of selling our home. Local market knowledge was excellent, along with her contacts and ability to hunt out genuine buyers in a slowing market meant we sold at a healthy price in relatively short time. Very happy and many thanks.
