We gave a criteria list, and it ticked everything !!! and found very quickly. Number of rooms, Low set, level garden, privacy etc. Near perfect for our needs. Went the " extra mile " in buying and selling problems. Overall a great job.

We had a prior positive experience with Chelsea at Harcourts in the past, so as a result, she was our first preference when we decided to sell our property. She was professional, effective, knowledgeable and always kept us informed and up to date about what was happening with regards to the sale at every stage of the process. Her advice showed a depth and understanding of our needs … for both us and potential buyers. Her commitment and level of service far exceeded our expectations. A great service and a great credit to Chelsea and the supporting staff around her… greatly appreciated & job well done!

Chelsea provided us with the service you always hope for, especially for something as confronting as the real estate market. There is no doubt she maintains a very high standard of professionalism which is tempered with genuine care and concern for her clients. Chelsea provided us with an honest and insightful overview of the current market; regular and relevant communication relating to our sale; and a down to earth personality that created a relaxed environment for open discussion. We have had the pleasure of working together with Chelsea on several occassions for property purchases and sales along with rental and market advice and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is as an exemplary example of what a Property Representative should be.

The decision to sell my home was difficult and Jessica made it so much easier for me - was empathic and professional, explaining everything required and keeping me informed and consulting with me on every step. Jessica knew the market for my property and was quick to engage with potential buyers. I was not able to be at the property and Jessica managed things and talked through options to support the things that needed to happen at the property (removal of items, etc.). While this was an effective and efficient sale of a property, it was much more...Jessica cared about me. If I am ever buying or selling again, Jessica would be my first point of contact as I know she will look out for my and others interests with sincerity - more than a sale!

My experience with Chelsea was nothing short of perfect. She communicated very well, & promptly. I am interstate, so her help & local knowledge was invaluable. It’s also the first time I’ve purchased on my own, & again, her help & knowledge was most helpful. Chelsea is very professional & I really enjoyed dealing with her. I cannot recommend her more highly as an agent.

Jessica Froude took over as our agent when the previous agent left Harcourts suddenly. She contacted us to get an understanding of our requirements and did her best to encourage a quick sale, which we needed. She has been very efficient and kept us up to date with proceedings. Thank you Jessica.
