We found Jess to be very professional, helpful and patient, nothing seemed to much of a hassle and was more then happy to assist where ever she could, would definitely recommend to anyone we know who’s wanting to sell their property

Although my expectations of a real estate agent were already quite low, I was disappointed in my experience with Jess and the Harcourts team. In no way did we feel supported throughout the process of purchasing our property. Communication was minimal, and we often felt that our questions/concerns were either ignored or handballed onto other people. Face to face contact at inspections was also lacking. On the final inspection of the property, we were asked to list any questions or concerns to be fixed before settlement. This was not done, and we were provided with no answers. We somewhat naively thought that there would be more guidance and support provided by Jess and the team, whether we were first home buyers or more experienced, it should not have mattered. We were also of the impression that for a real estate agent there should have been more knowledge and professionalism. Jess seemed disorganised, uninterested, and poorly suited to this role. This was not a 'client focussed' experience, we end this journey feeling taken advantage of as we can assume that Jess has profited greatly from the sale of our property with very minimal effort.

Jessica was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We purchased land so there wasn't any need for additional visits or information. We received all the info on our initial visit.

Jessica is an excellent communicator and is well versed in the property market in this area.

As a vendor, Chelsea provided an excellent level of communication, and assisted with preparation for sale, organising a some minor work. Happy to recommend.

Chelsea met us at the property with a happy demeanour and had good knowledge of the property. She was there to be helpful but allowed us to look at our pleasure. Chelsea was efficient with the contract and helped with suggestions when needed to keep the deal alive. We are looking to work with Chelsea when renting the property as our agent also. Thanks Chelsea Jon and Lyndall Healey

We rang Harcourts, Longford as it was the closest agent we could find to sell our property. Chelsea did her homework and got back to us with a surprising evaluation. Her knowledge of the market was spot on and her information and dealings left us feeling very comfortable and confident with the sale. The service could not have been bettered by any other Agent. Nice work Chelsea. You are a great asset to Harcourts.
