Jess was completely fabulous!!
I found Jess to be extremely wise with excellent advice on the current market! Her friendly approach, professional attitude and helpful follow up calls etc made us feel important and cared for! I've already been singing her praises to my friends and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!

Patient and great local knowledge.
Chelsea worked with us with great professionalism and patience in finding us our first home with a specific area and style we were chasing. Her communication was amazing throughout the process for what turned out to be a back and forth contract. I would highly recommend Chelsea and Hardcourts Northern Midlands for any vendors or purchasers.

Great experience with harcourts!
Had such a great experience with selling with Jess. We are in NSW so it was good to have an agent who was happy to communicate via text or email when I was unavailable to take calls, Jess was always prompt with her replies & kept us well informed tthroughout the entire process. Harcourts has managed our property as an investment the last 3 years and also great in that aspect, Jess was also great with our tenants keeping them informed and working with their needs. Couldn't recommend any higher and would gladly deal with Harcourts Northern Midlands again. THANK YOU 😊

We found Chelsea easy to deal with, friendly and willing to help with all our questions.
We were surprised that the property we were selling was worth more than we thought; thanks Chelsea for your market knowledge. We found Chelsea very professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. The house sold for more than we thought and in about one week. Chelsea always kept us in the loop with what was happening with offers and the open homes she held. Chelsea is a friendly, personable young woman who is an excellent communicator and seems to enjoy time spent with people she meets. We weren't going to choose a real estate agent but by gum, we were pleased that we chose Chelsea instead of selling privately!!!
