From my very first discussion with Jessica, when I expressed a desire to sell my property, there was no pressure or "hard sell" tactics. We discussed a price range which was realistic and the campaign progressed smoothly. We were able to be open, honest and realistic with each other about our expectations and possible outcomes. This helped in her negotiations with prospective buyers because once we agreed on a course of action, we followed it through. Her selling commission was not the lowest, but I was confident in her game plan and trusted her experience. Finally, I was very happy with the final sale price. I have learnt over the years that the cheapest is not necessarily the best. I would highly recommend her and my only regret is that I don't have any more property to sell in her area.
