Shad knows the area intimately, and was all over the deal from start to finish.. We had complete confidence in his ability to negotiate the best price for us, and to put as much energy and effort as required to sell our apartment. I have no hesitation in recommending Shad and his team to any potential client for their sale.

My experience with Shad and team was exceptional from the moment I met with Zac whose enthusiasm, persistence and professionalism was second to none. Zac not only convinced me to list my property with Harcourts but he also took the time to help me find my next purchase. Can’t thank Zac enough for making this experience both easy and memorable. He is an asset to the Harcourts team and I personally would have no reservations in recommending his services to any vendors or purchasers looking for an honest Realestate agent who has both integrity and a rare old fashioned genuine spark.
