Shad was really easy to deal with, very straight to the point no stuffing around which was great. It didn’t feel like we were being fed marketing lines or anything inaccurate and the whole process was really quick. Shad and the Harcourts team have been really accommodating with early access to the property to organise trade quotes and bits and pieces before settlement which has been really helpful both for our budget and to plan the move. Hoping to stay put in this home for a long time to come but if not would definitely deal with Harcourts again

I found Shad and his team most professional, caring and provided a clear pathway of options. The initial meeting with Shad sealed the deal to have him as our Agent and thereafter the highest level of communication was exceptional. The effort made to sell my property is clearly seen and the back office support was excellent as well. I would recommend Shad to anyone in future for their property sale management requirements.

From the moment Shad walked into our home we were certain he was the right agent for us. His professionalism, and that of his team, was outstanding in every aspect of our sales journey. He spent the time with us to explain all aspects of our house sale. His commission rate was well worth the exceptional services he provided. He suggested refurbishments, staging and marketing and contacts for absolutely everything we needed to do. We listened to everything he said and with confidence followed his suggestions which in turn truly paid off for us. It was a lot of work, but he was there every step of the way with us. I am quite sure he secretly laughed at some of the questions I asked along the way, but he always gave me sound advice. Honestly, without Shad and his team, there is no way we could have achieved the fantastic outcomes in the presentation of the house and such an outstanding sales result.
