Thanks Shad for helping us sell our home quickly and efficiently. A daunting task after 20 years in one house, you gave us all the information we wanted in our first meeting of about an hour and a half. Just two open homes limited the stress of people trailing through our home at other times so we coped quite well. We were not sure of what our property was worth but you were able to give a ball park figure and we came up with a price we would accept. Rain, Hail or Shine! What a pleasant experience it was dealing with Shad. I have sold many houses over the years and I would have to say I would give Shad 10 out of 10, which definitely hasn't been my experience before. My house was sold after one open house and we were very happy with his negotiating skills and the price we got.
