Harcourt's Real Estate Rouse Hill exceeded our expectations by far. Shad showed extreme dedication in finding a buyer for our house. We could not be happier with the quick sale of our home. Shad's professionalism, enthusiasm and knowledge was extremely helpful and we would not hesitate to recommend Shad's service to anyone. We even managed to have a few laughs along the way. Thank you so much.

Shad is extremely professional, the service and support that him and his team provides is exceptional. Shad constantly went above and beyond and communicated regularly throughout the entire process. Our home was on the market 14 days and sold at the second open home. We are extremely happy with the results that Shad got for us and would highly recommend him to anyone!

We entered the market not knowing too much about the current trends or demands. We were so fortunate to find Shad McMillan from Harcourts at Rouse Hill. Shad came to our house and explained in detail how the process worked and how he could help us sell our home. He laid out fully just how he would plan the sale and show the house. Shad and Loren worked tirelessly to arrange our open home showings which would have been stressful if not for their friendly and confident approach. They followed up any prospective buyer doggedly and kept us apprised at all times. I have no hesitation in recommending Shad and Loren and their team at Harcourts to any prospective seller or buyer in The Hills and surrounding area. You will not find a better agent than Shad, he has a great reputation that is truly deserved, his knowledge of the market is just amazing and keeps him at number one on the Real Estate listings.

We engaged shad to sell our property at the ponds. From day one we knew we chose the right person to sell our biggest asset. Shad took his time explaining the process, from listing, marketing, the open home process and most importantly the sale process. Our home was listed for sale within days and under contract after the first open home. To say we are happy with shad and his team would be an understatement, we are over the moon with the end result. Thanks to shad and his team for making this process stress free and smooth running. Regards Melissa and Graeme

Shad helped Fabio and I sell our first home. It was our first time working with an agent. He came to our first meeting enthusiastic and well prepared, and every interaction we had with him after that was the same. He was efficient in all areas of our sale process. The sale went very well in the end– we were very happy with the end price.
