I would happily recommend Shad McMillan to anyone selling their property. Shad sold our property within 4 days of our first open house, the price being well above our expectations. He kept us well informed throughout the entire process and consistently displayed a helpful, friendly and professional manner. Shad negotiationed late into the night to secure a sale on our property and even rearranged his schedule on his day off to support us during the signing of the contract. We were thoroughly impressed with the services Shad provided to us and would not hesitate in recommending him to any potential seller.
