I originally bought my property off Paul and I would have no one else sell it but him and any other future properties I have. He is honest, friendly, reliable and his communication and contact second to none. His little team of helpers are also great. They keep you updated with every step of the way. Cannot speak highly enough, Paul made it easy and stress free and worked hard to get me an awesome price. Thanks Team Whitney it was a pleasure

Paul and Sera did another amazing job, selling our 3rd property through their agency. We could not be happier. Paul helps you understand how to best present the property, and then Paul and Sera take care of the rest.

Paul Whitney was a great real estate agent, from when we first met him to the end of the sale of our home. Paul was very knowledgeable with the market and how to best present and sell our home. We actually had a contract in place and a deposit paid before our first open, so we did not even require any open inspections. We achieved a price that was well above what we expected. Paul had a fantastic team working with him and I must mention how wonderful Sera Swindley was too. She was also always available to help answer our questions and calm our nerves. Thanks so much Sera. Thanks Team Whitney.

Reached out to Paul when I was across in VIC about purchasing and property in SA and he opened the home for my parents to view and then again for me to view once I was back into SA. Super friendly and made the whole experience super easy and even let me organise building inspections and wait through the SA lockdown before putting me under contract which was super helpful! Would definitely buy through Paul again!

We chose Paul as he is not only a local to the area but his approach, he didn’t use the typical call a hundred times and pressure tactics. Paul and his team provided all the information and knowledge we were looking for, from our first meeting through to the auction day, Paul and his team communicated. Unfortunately we had a lockdown which paused our auction but Paul made sure we were updated and calm and knew the plan moving forward. Our auction was a huge success and our final sale price exceeded our expectations. Thank you Paul and Team Whitney for our amazing results

Jayne sold our house under some very difficult (pandemic) conditions last year, and even through the hardest times, she never gave up, she was always smiling and positive and was always there when we needed her. Jayne is a very professional and efficient agent, and we recommend her highly! Her bubbly personality and willingness to help achieve your goals are a credit to her.

Paul was referred by a friend. She could not say enough good things about him. From the moment that I met Paul he has been professional, on time, personable and tells it how it is. His knowledge of the market for my area was fantastic. Paul also found time to answer all my questions. I found his passion for his job and how much he loves Real Estate one of the main reasons I chose him. He did not disappoint in anyway. My house was sold very quickly and above asking price. I would recommend Paul to anyone that wants someone that is passionate about their job and his clients.
