Well.. where do I start? First impressions are always important to me.. I first met Alex at another property. He was standing proudly at the front door of a rather impressive house as if it were his own. Well presented, genuine smile and smelling a million bucks! An attractive salesman voice without the over enthusiastic fake grand standing pitch. No expensive BMW parked in the drive way or arrogant real estate agent dismissiveness because we were in our daggy work clothes.. this was a man that shook hands like a man and gave you his undivided attention whilst other people patiently waited their turn... He was already a winner! Alex's professionalism for both buying and selling was faultless.. Hours and hours away from his wife and daughters, he made sure we felt as important as a family member. Only a phone call away, we were spoilt for his time to be honest. Never once felt as though we weren't his number one clients!! Alex has a natural ability to talk and offer advice from the heart. He doesn't sell houses, he sells homes, memories, life chapters.. He developed a friendly and professional rapport with my partner and our kids.. never forgetting once to acknowledge or include them in the process. Alex holds himself well and shows comforting confidence. He not only smashed my asking price out of the park, he ensured that the new purchaser saw what I saw when I bought it years ago and fell in love with it - not everyone can do that. Alex's job doesn't finish with the signing of a contract or after a cooling off period, it continues on to beautiful congratulations and thank you gifts, heartfelt hugs and sincere hand shakes. Gestures that help emotional times to never be forgotten. My family and I cant say enough to give Alex the credit he deserves... he has definitely found his niche. Thank you for your time, effort and endless honesty.... la nostra casa è la tua casa (to be completely transparent) ;-)

Working with Paul and his team was an incredibly positive experience, one that I would enjoy repeating. Upon meeting Paul, it was obvious that he had extensive knowledge about the real estate industry, specifically the area of Parafield Gardens. But what really shines through is his honesty. His subtle yet consistent way of communicating is positive, as much as it is reassuring. Our effortless experience of selling our home with team Whitney (Sera,Aaron),is a testament in it self to the level of professionalism that Paul and his team expressed from day one all the way through to auction day and beyond.

Jayne is a very outgoing and professional but also down to earth and always available. Not an uptight grumpy sales person that we come across far too often . She's easy going and flexible and really connects with her sellers and buyers. I highly recommend Jayne to anyone looking to sell or even looking to buy.

Team Paul Whitney were the most incredible team to work with. From their communication, honestly, market knowledge, marketing, arranging of styling, attention to detail - everything was such a positive experience and from the bottom of my heart we couldn’t recommend this team more. Paul and his team truly cares about their vendors and will go to the extra mile in ensuring you are able to keep your feet on the floor during the process but also really celebrate an amazing outcome. We were beyond happy with the price our house sold for and service we received when selling our house and recommend Team Paul Whitney 110%! Thankyou so much guys.

From the moment we met Alex, he made us feel comfortable, listened to and valued. His communication through the entire process was faultless and he ensured we understood each step. Due to amazing marketing, knowledge of the area and strategic processes Alex achieved a record price for us in Greenwith for a 3bed 1 bath home. Alex is a genuine agent who has his clients at heart and goes above and beyond to help and guide with all aspects of selling and buying. We can’t recommend and speak more highly of Alex as an agent and person.
