Alex made the buying process very simple and stress free. From the first inspection he was in frequent communication with me and kept me up to date at every step within the buying process. I found Alex very professional, friendly, genuine and easy to work with. He was always available to take questions, which helped take all the stress away from the process. I would highly recommend using Alex to buy or sell your next property!

Our journey to sell with Ben started months before our house was even on the market. He assisted us greatly with getting into our area of choice and even made himself available on weekends to look into properties. He provided us with an honest and fair assessment of our potential market value, backed-up with research and experience. We took his advice and prepared our house exactly as requested, and while his presentation expectations were significantly higher than other agents we spoke to, our time, effort and investment paid off in dividends. He secured us a fantastic offer well-above expectations within two days of the first open inspection. I honestly could not imagine a better selling experience and cannot speak highly enough of Ben and his team.

Ben was incredibly professional throughout the whole process. Being one of the very few even rare agents willing to open a house for me during the week due to my inability to access them on weekends. This made me very comfortable in the choose I was making. I would recommend Ben to anyone who is looking to invest in the future.

Using Paul for a second time has been fantastic. He is straight to the point when discussing the sale of your home. With only one open the house was under contract making this experience stress free and quite enjoyable. Can't wait to use Paul and his team again in the near future.

Paul sold me my property initially and I knew I could trust him to get the results when it came to selling. He has a great market knowledge and had an answer to any question I had. Paul kept me up to date every step of the way and made me feel confident with everything that was happening. I would highly recommend Paul again, as well as his amazing team behind him (especially Sera), to anyone who would be thinking of selling their property.

Paul’s reputation speaks for itself especially with the knowledge of the area. Paul was very easy to deal with and made the sale of our house easy and enjoyable. Paul and the Harcourts team kept us informed at every stage and were true to their word. Not only did we sell in the first week but he exceeded our sale expectations. We highly recommend Paul for anyone wanting to sell.

Paul and Sera work well together to form an efficient team. Paul's knowledge of the property market, and Sera's help in the background, arranging styling, cleaning, and keeping in contact via email/texts and phone calls, created a smooth painless process. The house was sold within a week of the first open inspection, and we got more than what we hoped for. We can highly recommend Paul and his team!
