Super Hero In Salisbury Downs!
We first met Ben when we were looking to buy a bigger home. As potential buyers we attended many open inspections with different agents over 3 years and had lots of bad service with agents not calling us back, providing little information and playing games. Ben was the exception. He was a standout real estate agent to us in terms of his knowledge of the properties, his friendly professionalism and prompt communication with us post each open inspection we attended. He even touched base with us every 3-6 months or so to see if we were still in the market for a new home and suggested properties that might fit our brief (whether listed by him or not). With such customer service, we knew that when the time came, we would be listing with Ben. As vendors, from the outset Ben was amazing. He was upfront about his process, selling strategy and his/our expectations. He kept us informed at each step with emails, SMS's and phone calls. He went above and beyond the usual marketing strategy in utilising social media for pre-listing, a facebook live walk-through and door knocking neighbors personally on the day of the first open to invite them to attend and create a competitive edge. We received multiple offers and sold after the FIRST OPEN at the top end of our range - the highest for such a property in the area. He has demonstrated strong work ethic and integrity far and above what we had come to expect in the industry, and for that his reputation will proceed him. Great communication and professional
We recently purchased a house Ben had on the market. From the moment we inquired about the house Ben was excellent in communicating with us and was very professional. Overall experience excellent
We had a few obstacles to get over none of Alex's doing but wih his professionalism and knowledge and contacts they were overcome . I would highly reccomend Alex he is Friendly,professional,diligent,courtious,and ensures every detail is addressed to achieve a great result .
