Sold after first open
Having previously worked for Paul, I knew he was always going to be the agent to sell our home when the time came. We decided to buy a new home first and then sell our existing home, so a quick sale was a priority for us as well as a good price. We were realistic and knew our home would sell for what someone was willing to pay for it. Paul found that person and worked with us and them to achieve a price we were all happy with. Everything went to plan. Everyone is happy and even now when the house is unconditional we still hear from Paul regularly and it's not just because I worked for him as I know, from experience, he provides all his customers with the same great service. If you want an agent who tells you like it is and takes great pride in achieving the best results for his clients you need Paul!

Outstanding Result
I was really dreading the whole house sale process, the advice from other parties was all doom and gloom up until taking the plunge with Harcourts Sargeant. Firstly, Matt and his team are the ultimate professionals in their field. The entire process from start to finish was seem less, communication was refreshing and the team are nothing short of on point. In a nutshell my property sold in less than a week with no stress. Fantastic Agent
Alex is very professional. He was very supportive throughout the process with continuous updates. When we found a house we were interested he insisted on giving him the address so he could do some research to help us find our next home. He got us the price we needed for our house and eager to get what we wanted. I would recommend Alex to anyone that needs to sell their house and I would definitely use him in the future if I needed to sell again.

Couldn't be happier!
Choosing Alex to sell our house was the best decision. We anticipated that it would be a long and stressful process, but Alex made all aspects easy, stress-free and (dare we say) 'enjoyable'! He kept us up-to-date with everything, was always polite and enthusiastic, and never made us feel like any questions were off-limits or silly. A+ for customer service!
